Are we able to remove the porcelain interior by ourselves?
Our KOKORO series porcelain thermal flask is not designed for you to remove the porcelain interior. However, if the porcelain is broken, please contact us and we will arrange the porcelain interior replacement with Swanz’s trained personnel.

What are Kokoro's size and weight?
450ml Kokoro’s height is 203mm with 80mm diameter and weighs 480g +/- 20g 550ml Kokoro’s height is 253mm with 80mm diameter and weigh 640g +/- 20g 680ml Kokoro’s height is 287mm with 80mm diameter and weigh 850g +/- 20g
What is the diameter of the Ryoko silicon lid mouthpiece and will it get stained?
Ryoko silicon lid has a diameter of 8cm to fit onto the bottle, while the diameter of the mouthpiece is 11mm making it wide enough for drinking and also able to fit most straws.
Are the materials safe for easy-clean silicon cover and Ryoko silicon lid?
They are made of food-grade silicone, BPA-free, and is able to withstand a temperature of 150 degrees. (Same material as the baby pacifier)
How to clean stubborn stains and dirt from the flask?
Don’t worry, it’s definitely can be cleaned.
