Can Swanz products keep hot and cold drinks?
Yes! Definitely. All of the thermal series and food warmers of Swanz can keep hot and cold. Our vacuum-insulated technology keeps your food and beverages hot or cold for at least 4-8 hours. (Duration varies for each individual model).

What does the warranty cover?
For all vacuum insulated products, the manufacturer’s warranty covers the vacuum insulation function for 180 days from the day you receive your order. There is nothing to register: see Warranty for how to make a claim.

Is it safe to put acidic substances and baby food inside?
Yes! Definitely. Swanz products are 100% chemical free and nonreactive toward any kind of food and beverages. It is metal leaching and BPA-free as well. So do rest assured.

How do I clean the product?
Immediately each and every time after using the product, wash it with washing liquid detergent to prevent stain and smell. Use a soft sponge for washing to prevent scratches. To clean the narrow cap area, remove the silicone ring for washing.
For stubborn stains, you may use baking soda, lemon juice, or vinegar to remove the stain.

Is Swanz Porcelain Products Breakable?
Unfortunately, like all the porcelain-based products Swanz does not break resistant. So do handle Swanz products with care. However, Swanz products are more durable compared to normal porcelain as it have an additional layer of stainless steel double wall.

Having fine black dots on the porcelain. Is it normal?
Porcelain is pure material from clay. Heating it at a high temperature sometimes may cause tiny black dots. This is very normal in the heating process. There is no chemical bleaching in the porcelain.
