Swanz products come with Swanz’s manufacturer’s warranty. In the United Kingdom, the European Union and Turkey, claims are handled by Next Technology Gate Ltd, the authorised Swanz distributor. There’s nothing to register: if something goes wrong, send us a claim with the form below.
What’s covered
- Vacuum-insulated products (thermal flasks, tumblers and food warmers): the vacuum insulation is covered for 180 days from the day you receive your order.
- Kokoro thermal flasks (Kokoro SY088 and Kokoro One Touch SY089): within those 180 days, the warranty also covers replacing the porcelain interior once.
- Other products: the user guide that comes with the product explains what its warranty covers.
What isn’t covered
- Normal wear and tear of accessories, such as easy-clean silicone covers, silicone lids, straws and bags.
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights. If a product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you also have the rights explained in our Refund policy, whatever the warranty says.
How to claim
- Fill in the form below: your order number, the product and what’s wrong with it.
- Add photos or a short video that shows the problem, and your receipt if you didn’t buy the product on this website.
- We’ll reply by email and tell you what happens next. We may ask you to send the product to us, and we’ll arrange the repair or replacement with Swanz.
