These terms apply when you buy from this website. Please read them before you order. They don’t affect your legal rights as a consumer.
1. About us
This website is run by NEXT TECHNOLOGY GATE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17069158), with its registered office at 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London, W1T 6EB, United Kingdom.
We’re the authorised distributor of Swanz products in the United Kingdom, the European Union and Turkey. Swanz is the brand owner and manufacturer; when you buy on this website, your contract is with us.
You can contact us at contact@nexttechnologygate.com or through our Contact Us page.
2. Who can buy
This website is for consumers buying for their own use, with a delivery address in the United Kingdom, the European Union and Turkey. For business or large orders, please send us an order enquiry.
3. Your order and our contract
When you place an order, we email you to confirm we’ve received it. We accept your order, and the contract between us begins, when we send it to you; we’ll email you when it’s on its way.
If we can’t accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or there’s an obvious mistake in its price or description, we’ll tell you and refund anything you’ve paid.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless you choose pounds sterling (GBP), euros (EUR) or Turkish lira (TRY) with the currency selector, and you pay in the currency shown at checkout. If your card is in another currency, your bank may charge you for the conversion.
Prices include UK VAT. Delivery costs are added at checkout, before you pay. For deliveries outside the UK, see our Shipping policy about taxes and import charges.
We take payment when you place your order.
5. Delivery
Delivery is explained in our Shipping policy. The goods are your responsibility once they’re delivered to you or to someone you’ve chosen, and they become yours once we’ve received full payment.
6. Cancelling and returns
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Our Refund policy explains how, and includes the model cancellation form.
7. If something is wrong
We must give you goods that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Our Refund policy explains what you can do if they aren’t. Many Swanz products also have a manufacturer’s warranty, which is in addition to these rights.
8. Product information
We try to show every product accurately, but colours can look different on different screens, and porcelain can have small natural variations. Please read the care and use instructions that come with each product.
9. Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or of our negligence. We aren’t responsible for loss that wasn’t foreseeable. Our products are for private use: we aren’t liable to you for any loss of profit, business or business opportunity.
We don’t exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaking your legal rights in relation to the products.
10. Reviews and reporting content
Product reviews must be honest, about the product, and lawful; we may remove reviews that aren’t. To report a review, or anything else on this website that you think is illegal, email contact@nexttechnologygate.com with the page address and your reason. We’ll look at it and tell you what we’ve done.
11. Events outside our control
If something outside our control delays or stops us meeting our obligations, we’ll tell you as soon as we can. If the delay is long, you can cancel and get a refund for anything you’ve paid for but not received.
12. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please email contact@nexttechnologygate.com. If we can’t resolve it between us, we’ll tell you whether an alternative dispute resolution service can help.
13. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If you live in the European Union, you keep the protection of your country’s consumer law, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live. If you live in Turkey, you keep the protection of Turkish consumer law, and you can take a claim to the consumer arbitration committee or courts where you live.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
