Nothing in it affects your legal rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changed your mind? You have 14 days<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days, counting from the day after you, or someone you choose, receive the goods. If your order arrives in several deliveries, the 14 days start the day after the last one arrives. You can also cancel before your order arrives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to cancel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tell us before the 14 days are up, in any of these ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>use our <a href=\"\/my-account\/withdraw-order\/\">online cancellation form<\/a> (you&#8217;ll need your order number and the email address you ordered with);<\/li>\n\n<li>email us at <a href=\"mailto:contact@nexttechnologygate.com\">contact@nexttechnologygate.com<\/a>; or<\/li>\n\n<li>send us the <a href=\"#cancellation-form\">model cancellation form<\/a> below, or any other clear statement that you want to cancel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We&#8217;ll confirm by email that we&#8217;ve received your cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sending the goods back<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you&#8217;re cancelling. We&#8217;ll give you the return address when we confirm your cancellation. Pack them carefully and keep proof of postage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless the goods are faulty or not what you ordered, you pay the cost of sending them back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can handle the goods as you would in a shop to see if they&#8217;re right for you. If they&#8217;ve been used beyond that, or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in their value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your refund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We refund the price of the goods. If you cancel your whole order, we also refund the delivery charge, up to the cost of our standard delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We pay your refund within 14 days of getting the goods back, or of you showing us that you&#8217;ve sent them, whichever is sooner. If you cancel before we&#8217;ve sent your order, we refund you within 14 days of you telling us. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, in the currency you paid, and there&#8217;s no charge for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When you can&#8217;t cancel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The right to cancel doesn&#8217;t cover goods that were sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faulty, damaged or wrong items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If something arrives damaged, develops a fault, or isn&#8217;t what you ordered, email us at <a href=\"mailto:contact@nexttechnologygate.com\">contact@nexttechnologygate.com<\/a> with your order number and a photo of the problem. We&#8217;ll put it right, and we pay the cost of sending it back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By law, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. In the UK, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if they aren&#8217;t:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>within 30 days of delivery, you can reject them for a full refund;<\/li>\n\n<li>within six months of delivery, you can ask for a repair or replacement, and if that isn&#8217;t possible or doesn&#8217;t fix the problem, you&#8217;re entitled to a full refund;<\/li>\n\n<li>after six months, you can still ask for a repair or replacement, and if that fails, a price reduction or a refund; you may need to show that the fault was there when the goods were delivered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you live in the European Union, you also have the rights your country&#8217;s consumer law gives you, including a legal guarantee of at least two years for goods that are faulty or not as described.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you live in Turkey, you also have the rights Turkish consumer law gives you, including a two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manufacturer&#8217;s warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many Swanz products also come with a manufacturer&#8217;s warranty: see <a href=\"\/pages\/warranty\/\">Warranty<\/a>.
